(Reverse Osmosis) เพื่อนำน้ำที่ผ่านกระบวนการบำบัดจนสะอาดได้มาตรฐาน กลับมาใช้ใหม่&nbsp; ในขั้นตอนการผลิต (ไม่ใช่วัตถุดิบสำหรับผลิตเครื่องดื่ม) ซึ่งระหว่างปี พ.ศ. 2563 – พ.ศ. 2566 โรงงานไทยน้ำทิพย์ทั้ง 5 โรงงาน สามารถลดการใช้น้ำได้ถึง 907 ล้านลิตร สะท้อนถึงความสำเร็จในการบริหารจัดการน้ำได้อย่างเป็นรูปธรรม&nbsp;การรับมือการเปลี่ยนแปลงสภาพภูมิอากาศ&nbsp;ไทยน้ำทิพย์มุ่งมั่นที่จะลดการปล่อยก๊าซคาร์บอนไดออกไซด์ตลอดห่วงโซ่อุปทาน โดยเพิ่มสัดส่วนการใช้พลังงานสะอาดภายในกระบวนการผลิต ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีการติดตั้งแผงโซลาร์เซลล์บนหลังคาโรงงานไทยน้ำทิพย์ครบทั้ง 5 แห่ง คือ โรงงานรังสิต โรงงานปทุมธานี โรงงานนครราชสีมา โรงงานขอนแก่น และโรงงานลำปาง ซึ่งสามารถผลิตกระแสไฟฟ้าพลังงานสะอาดรวม 12.6242 MWp คิดเป็นสัดส่วนประมาณ 10% ของกระแสไฟฟ้าที่ใช้ในโรงงาน นอกจากนี้ยังมีการนำรถพลังงานไฟฟ้ามาใช้ในรถยกสินค้า (EV Forklift) ในคลังสินค้า และรถขนส่งสินค้า (EV Truck) อีกด้วย พร้อมนำระบบ Telematics มาใช้บริหารจัดการการขนส่ง ซึ่งช่วยลดการใช้น้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และกล้อง AI ช่วยมอนิเตอร์ความเสี่ยงของพฤติกรรมการขับขี่ เพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้กับพนักงานขับรถ ในปีพ.ศ. 2566 สามารถลดการใช้พลังงานได้ 34.1% เมื่อเทียบกับปีก่อนหน้า<img class="image_resized" style="width:46.48%;" src="https://webtntlprd.blob.core.windows.net/content/1726205027598-ThaiNamthip_Rangsit Plant (Solar).webp"> <img class="image_resized" style="width:52.3%;" src="https://webtntlprd.blob.core.windows.net/content/1726205089691-ThaiNamthip_EV Truck.webp">&nbsp;สร้างวงจรปิดของบรรจุภัณฑ์ไทยน้ำทิพย์ สนับสนุนวิสัยทัศน์ระดับโลก “World Without Waste” ของ “โคคา-โคล่า” ซึ่ง “โคคา-โคล่า” มีเป้าหมายที่จะพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ให้สามารถรีไซเคิลได้ 100% ภายในปี 2568 และพัฒนาบรรจุภัณฑ์ทั่วโลกโดยใช้วัสดุรีไซเคิลอย่างน้อย 50% รวมถึงช่วยเก็บรวบรวมและรีไซเคิลขวดหรือกระป๋องในจำนวนเทียบเท่ากับที่จำหน่าย ภายในปี 2573&nbsp;เพื่อสนับสนุนให้บรรลุเป้าหมายดังกล่าว ไทยน้ำทิพย์ให้ความสำคัญกับ 3 แนวทาง คือ&nbsp;ลด (Reduce)&nbsp;การใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์ด้วยการลดปริมาณพลาสติกในบรรจุภัณฑ์ผ่านการ lightweight โดยยังคงรักษาคุณภาพและความสดใหม่ของผลิตภัณฑ์ ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2552 ไทยน้ำทิพย์สามารถลดการใช้เม็ดพลาสติกลงได้กว่า 7,645 ตัน ออกแบบบรรจุภัณฑ์ใหม่ (Redesign) เพื่อให้สามารถนำไปรีไซเคิลได้ 100% ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2568 และใช้วัสดุรีไซเคิลในบรรจุภัณฑ์อย่างน้อย 50% ภายในปี พ.ศ. 2573 ไทยน้ำทิพย์ได้เปลี่ยนขวด “สไปรท์” จากขวดสีเขียวเป็นขวดใส เพื่อเพิ่มความสามารถในการนำบรรจุภัณฑ์กลับไปรีไซเคิล และสนับสนุนการจัดเก็บและรีไซเคิลขวดพลาสติกและกระป๋องที่ใช้แล้ว (Collection &amp; recycling) เพื่อสร้างวงจรปิดของบรรจุภัณฑ์ โดยร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานภาครัฐ องค์กรเอกชน และองค์กรไม่แสวงผลกำไร เพื่อส่งเสริมการรีไซเคิลขยะพลาสติกในประเทศไทย และกระตุ้นให้ผู้บริโภครับรู้และมีส่วนร่วมในการสร้างเศรษฐกิจหมุนเวียนสำหรับบรรจุภัณฑ์&nbsp;<img src="https://webtntlprd.blob.core.windows.net/content/1726205048606-Retouch_017.webp">ตั้งแต่ปี พ.ศ. 2566 ไทยน้ำทิพย์ ร่วมกับ “โคคา-โคล่า” เปิดตัวขวด “โค้ก” ที่ทำจากพลาสติกรีไซเคิล 100% (ไม่รวมฉลากและฝา) หรือ Recycled PET (rPET)&nbsp; ในบรรจุภัณฑ์ขนาด 1 ลิตร และปีนี้ได้เปิดตัวบรรจุภัณฑ์ขนาด 300 มิลลิลิตร และ 510 มิลลิลิตร เพิ่มเติม ที่วางขายแล้วในห้างสรรพสินค้าชั้นนำและร้านสะดวกซื้อทั่วไป โดยไทยน้ำทิพย์ได้ปรับสายการผลิตให้รองรับการผลิตขวด rPET ที่ทำจากเม็ดพลาสติกรีไซเคิล ซึ่งใช้ผลิตบรรจุภัณฑ์ที่สัมผัสอาหารได้อย่างปลอดภัย (Food Contact Grade) และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการอาหารและยา กระทรวงสาธารณสุข และมาตรฐานระดับโลกของ “โคคา-โคล่า” โดยมีแผนงานในการเพิ่มสัดส่วนการใช้บรรจุภัณฑ์จากพลาสติกรีไซเคิล (rPET) ในทุก ๆ ปีตามโร้ดแม็ป

ThaiNamthip has actively reduced water consumption, exemplified by the innovative "Bumrung" application, developed in-house to optimize water usage. The company has maximize water reused in non-production processes and recycled wastewater through systems like the highly efficient Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR). Additionally, ThaiNamthip has utilized Reverse Osmosis (R.O.) technology to purify water to meet standards for reuse in production processes (excluding beverage formulation). Between 2020 and 2023, the five ThaiNamthip plants successfully reduced water consumption by 907 million liters, demonstrating tangible achievements in the commitment to effective water management.&nbsp;Addressing Climate ChangeThaiNamthip is committed to addressing climate change by reducing carbon dioxide emissions throughout its value chain. The Coca-Cola system in Thailand, comprising ThaiNamthip Corporation Limited, HaadThip plc, and Coca-Cola (Thailand) Ltd., in collaboration with the key partner Trash Lucky Co., Ltd., has scaled up the fourth consecutive year of the ‘‘Coke Recycle Me with Trash Lucky” campaign. This year’s campaign features extended partnerships with existing and new retail partners for drop-off locations, recycling partners, and prize sponsors, resulting in a total of more than 80 drop-off locations across Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Phuket, and Songkhla. This year’s campaign aims to promote activities in universities with prizes including an electric car and IT gadgets as monthly prizes, totaling more than 4,400 prizes worth over 2 million baht. Building on the successful launch of 1-liter bottles made of recycled PET plastic excluding caps and labels in October 2023, Coca-Cola takes another step on its ‘World Without Waste’ strategy by introducing 300ml bottles of Coca-Cola Original Taste and Coca-Cola Zero Sugar, made from 100% recycled PET plastic excluding caps and labels. By introducing COCA-COLA™ bottles made from 100% recycled PET of both 1-liter and 300ml sizes, the company expects to avoid using more than 1,300 tonnes of new plastic in Thailand in 2024.The newly released 300ml bottle made of recycled plastic provides a convenient option ideal for on-the-go consumption.
