- Strict compliance with labor laws.
- Establishment of a subcommittee reporting to the Board of Directors, responsible for overseeing and monitoring labor welfare policies.
- Formation of a Joint Consultation Committee (JCC), which acts as a channel to listen to employees' opinions on various welfare-related matters.
- Develop and implement employee relations plans, safety management, and respect for human rights.
- Promote the "Zero is Possible" initiative, encouraging safety behaviors and fostering a culture of safety within the organization.
- Implement engineering controls to reduce risks in the production process, such as installing safety devices like interlocks and light curtains to control and restrict access to high-risk areas.
- Utilize advanced technologies to reduce road accidents, including Telematics systems for driving data monitoring and advanced driver assistance systems to prevent and mitigate accidents.
- From 2022 to 2024, overall safety performance continuously improved, with a 24% reduction in total incident rate and a 33% reduction in lost time incident rate.
- Foster a workplace culture that respects diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging
- Create an open work environment where everyone can participate equally. As of December 31, 2024, women held 44% of all management-level and above positions in the company.
- Support continuous employee development through annual training programs.

- Established the “Khon ThaiNamthip” Employee Volunteer Program to foster employee engagement and contribute 8,000 collective volunteer hours in 2025 (equivalent to one hour per employee per year).
- Engage in community-focused social initiatives, with emphasis on key topics such as water stewardship, waste management, and overall community development.
