ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola’s Rangsit Plant Earns Its Second Prime Minister’s Industry Award, Recognizing Excellence in Productivity

ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola, led by Mr. Peesa-ard Meesomboon, Engineering & Strategic Projects Director at ThaiNamthip Corporation Public Company Limited, the bottling partner of The Coca-Cola Company in Thailand, has received the Prime Minister’s Industry Award – Productivity, 2025 for its Rangsit Plant. This marks the second time the plant has received a Prime Minister’s Industry Award. The award was presented by Mr. Varawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Industry, in recognition of the Rangsit Plant’s excellence in productivity and outstanding operational management across production efficiency, cost management, product quality, energy management, sustainability, workplace safety, and people management.

The Rangsit Plant, together with all ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola bottling plants, continues to drive productivity and operational efficiency through an integrated approach across key areas, delivering tangible results.

Production Efficiency and Cost Management

The Rangsit Plant has continuously improved operational efficiency and reduced losses across its processes. From 2023 to 2025, the plant achieved cost savings of more than THB 162 million.

Quality

The plant continuously maintains and enhances its manufacturing quality standards, ensuring consistent product quality and compliance with quality and safety requirements. These efforts have strengthened customer and consumer confidence and contributed to the Rangsit Plant receiving the FDA Quality Award 2025.

Energy Management and Sustainability

From 2020 to 2024, the Rangsit Plant achieved total energy savings of more than 70 million megajoules and reduced greenhouse gas emissions by 8,105 tonnes of CO₂ equivalent. These achievements contributed to the plant receiving two Thailand Energy Awards 2025: Conservation Energy Award (Designated Factory) and Energy Personnel Award (Energy Management Team for Designated Factory). The plant has also received Green Industry certification from the Ministry of Industry.

Safety

The Rangsit Plant has received the Gold-level Outstanding Establishment Award for Occupational Safety, Health and Work Environment, recognizing its commitment to maintaining high standards of workplace safety and employee well-being.

In addition, ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola received the Prime Minister’s Industry Award for Energy Management in 2024, further demonstrating the company’s commitment to operational excellence and responsible energy management.

ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola remains committed to advancing operational excellence and building on the success of the Rangsit Plant to elevate operational standards across its bottling plants in Pathumthani, Nakhon Ratchasima, Khon Kaen, and Lampang.
