Basic Troubleshooting Guide for Post-Mix Dispenser

Only syrup comes out and there is the sound of gas escaping.

Cause

There is a problem with the water system.
- Water is not flowing.
- The water filter is clogged or dirty.
- The plug for the water pump plug is unplugged or loose.

Solution

Solutions to Water Systems
- Turn on the water valves.
- Turn on the switch and plug in the water pump.
- Contact the ThaiNamthip Call Center for a technician to change the water filter.

Only soda comes out of each nozzle.

Cause

- CO₂ has run out
- Syrup has run out.

Solution

- Change the CO₂ tank
- Change the syrup container

Syrup does not come out of some nozzles (only soda).

Cause

- Syrup has run out.
- Syrup pump is faulty.
- Syrup tube is broken or kinked.

Solution

- Change the syrup box.
- Check wiring and tubes.
- Contact technician to change syrup pumps.

The drink is not sweet.

Cause

The syrup pump system has a problem.
- Syrup has run out.
- The syrup pump is faulty.
- CO₂ runs out

Solution

Fix the Syrup Pump Systems.
- Change the syrup box
- Change the CO₂ tank
- Inform a technician to change the syrup pump.

The drink is not fizzy.

Cause

The CO₂ system is faulty.
- CO₂ has run out.
- Water pressure is too high.

Solution

Repair the CO₂ System
- Replace the CO₂ tank
- Contact the ThaiNamthip Call Center for a technician to adjust water pressure.

The drink is neither cold nor fizzy.

Cause

The cooling system is faulty.
- The machine does not work due to disconnected or loose electrical plug.
- The machine does not work because it has no power.
- The machine is working normally, but beverages are not cold.

Solution

Repair the cooling system.
- Reattach electrical plug.
- Contact ground technician to repair the electrical system.
- Contact ThaiNamThip Call Center for a technician. .

Dispensers do not work.

Cause

- Syrup system has a problem.
- CO₂ system has a problem.
- Electrical system has a problem.

Solution

- Check water pressure by turning on water to see if there is proper flow. .
- Check every syrup container and replace any empty ones with new containers.
- Check level of CO₂ and if it has run out, replace with a new one.
- Check the electrical plug to see if loose.

Syrup leaks from the pump.

Cause

The water system has a problem.
- CO₂ leaks from the syrup pump.

Solution

Repair the CO₂ systems.
- Identify which syrup pump is leaking.
- Check the CO₂ line connected to the leaking syrup pump. The CO₂ line is the one with “GAS IN”
- Move the cable-lock clip to the right as shown in the picture then pull out the CO₂ line.

- Contact ThaiNamthip Call Center for a technician to change the syrup pump.
