Sustainability Project Execution Specialist

Responsibility :

- Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, resource requirements, and monitor progress to ensure timely and effective delivery of sustainability projects. 
- Support project planning and execution of sustainability initiatives under the guidance of the Sustainability Project Implementation Manager, ensuring alignment with ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola’s sustainability strategy and goals. 
- Collaborate with HR, plant teams, and other relevant departments to promote volunteer opportunities and encourage employee participation across all sites to achieve the volunteer hours target. 
- Act as the liaison between ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola and external stakeholders such as customers, NGOs, government agencies, community leaders to support the implementation of sustainability projects. 
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including project plans and donation reports. 
- Compile and consolidate data from project activities, including volunteer participation, impact metrics, and stakeholder feedback, to support internal reports and external communications. 
- Ensure all documentation meets internal audit standards and is ready for review when required by internal audit teams or external partners. 

Qualification :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant fields such as Environmental Science, Sustainability, Social Development, Public Policy, Business Administration, or related disciplines.      

- 3–5 years of professional experience in sustainability, corporate affairs, community development, or corporate communications, preferably within leading organizations or multinational companies. 

- Proven track record in planning, initiating, and executing sustainability programs, CSR initiatives, or volunteer engagement projects. 

- Experience working with diverse stakeholders including government agencies, NGOs, and local communities is preferred. 

- Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. 

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Teams, and various social media platforms. 

- Excellent command of both written and spoken English.
