Responsibility :
-Work closely with line managers to analyze and recommend action for HR practices; e.g. role and responsibility clarification, disciplinary actions, labor law issues, complaints/dispute handling, etc., ensuring that actions are in line with all relevant rules and policies.
-Work with managers to develop functional people strategies that meet organizational needs; e.g. manpower strategies, recruitment strategies, development strategies, etc., using the most appropriate and effective methodologies.
-Assist managers to develop job descriptions as well as organizational design when necessary, ensuring JDs of function are current or recommending amendment as appropriate.
-Be an active and visible coach to frontline managers who are in change transition, provide expert consultation as well as partner with OD/HR colleagues, and the Line functions, focusing on people management and people development such as career development, talent management, succession plan, PMS, etc., This involves active participation in identifying issues, research, formulating solutions, including implementing solutions when assigned.
-Participate in developing, designing and/or implementing training programs, ensure the provision of appropriate training on targeted people in the line functions.
-Create the synergy between OD/HR, and Line functions. This synergy is created through thorough understanding and demonstration of Corporate and Business Values in the whole process of human resources management from recruitment to retention.
-Co-ordinate and support interview activities by screening applicants and/or recommending screening tool.
-Perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Qualification :
-Minimum Bachelor Degree or equivalent. Master Degree in HRM, OD is a plus
-Ability to analyze staffing issues and consult with manager to initiate and recommend action on human resource practices on recruiting activities, training & development with focus on sales force and distribution team.
-Apply knowledge of Human resource principle; C&B, recruitment, employee relation, and regulations applicable to work.
-Require in-depth understanding and knowledge of sales process and distribution system.
-Ability to provide support, and to facilitate the resolution of issues, including providing appropriate recommendations for resolution of problems.
-A solid understanding of how people go through a change and change process.
-Ability to influence others to move toward a common vision or goal.
