Responsibility :
1.Strategic Leadership Acceleration TNCC Leadership Series
- Lead the design and delivery of TNCC Leadership Series to cultivate future-ready leaders across functions.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure leadership competencies align with evolving business needs.
- Measure impact and integrate feedback to continuously enhance program relevance.
2.English Capability Enhancement
- Strategically lead and optimize English proficiency development for Talent and General groups through digital platforms (Voxy) and experiential methods (Toastmasters).
- Analyze learning data, engagement metrics, and assessment results to improve program quality and business relevance.
- Communicate performance outcomes to business leaders to inform talent decisions.
3.Internship Experience Design
- Design and deliver meaningful internship journeys that foster professional readiness and brand engagement for young talent.
- Collaborate with functional leads to ensure alignment with business operations.
4.Educational Engagement & Branding
- Represent the organization in leading and organizing university visit programs and study tours, helping to strengthen the employer brand and build strong relationships with both local and international institutions.
- Oversee end-to-end experience planning – including presentation flow, venue setup, and cultural hospitality – to ensure seamless execution and positive external engagement.
5.L&D Team Leadership & Strategic Program Oversight
- Guide and coach the L&D team in managing flagship programs and operational excellence.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation, agility, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure programs are integrated with strategic organizational objectives through proactive collaboration.
- Manage the L&D Scorecard and monthly performance reporting to support data-driven decision making and align learning outcomes with business priorities.
Qualification :
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.
- Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data extraction in Excel.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to present data accurately, verify data, and ensure data reliability.
- Able to drive and possess a valid personal driver’s license.
- Possesses a growth mindset and is adaptable to change and innovation.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and strategic thinking, with the ability to manage work independently and deliver results within timeline.
