Responsibility :
-Creation of the Channel approaches to pack, price & promotion which deliver the revenue plans set by the RGM pack strategy. Including pack differentiation by channel.
-Responsible for setting and agreeing with the AVP Channel leads the customer trade terms strategies and policies. Leadership of trade investment efficiency initiatives (including promotional funding) and for managing customer mix changes.
-Agreeing Trade terms Spend allocation decisions with the AVP channel leads & improving conditionality.
-Helping set ABP channel objectives to deliver our Commercial targets.
-Responsible for developing the detailed channel price increase execution plan and value creation story when applicable.
-Responsible for ensuring the implementation of the agreed channel promotional plan framework based on pack strategy team guidelines.
-Managing on-going tracking and course correction of the promotional programs across channels, building contingency scenario plans, the stewardship of customer exceptions to the plan and read across into other Channels. At all times aligning with RGM pack strategy & key stakeholders.
-Responsible for feeding insight for pack opportunities from a customer perspective into Coca Cola brands team, trade marketing TNT, RGM Pack strategy.
-Be responsible for raising Revenue management knowledge and approaches across the key account sales teams.
Qualification :
-Educated to degree standard & have experience in FMCG organizations.
-Over 8 years of working experience especially on top FMCG organizations would be an advantage
-Commercial understanding of account management.
-Good communication in English
-Understands soft drinks category
