Responsibility :

1. Capability Architecting & Learning Experience Design

- Collaborate with business functions to identify capability gaps and design initiatives that align with workforce needs and job roles.

- Co-create blended learning journeys that combine online and offline elements, using insights from internal and external platforms.

- Customize and curate relevant content, tools, and methodologies tailored to diverse learners and contexts, while selecting and evaluating trainers to ensure alignment with program objectives.

 

2. Strategic Program Implementation & Partnership

- Define learning objectives and translate them into clear proposals and executable plans aligned with business goals.

- Lead alignment and engagement across trainers, learners, and business partners throughout the learning cycle.

- Monitor program effectiveness through engagement data and evaluation insights to drive continuous improvement.

 

3. Experience Enablement & Learning Logistics

- Manage end-to-end logistics and ensure readiness of all learning tools, environments, and support systems.

- Oversee onsite training delivery to ensure seamless participant experience and operational efficiency

 

4. Data Integrity & Governance

- Maintain accurate records of training history, cost documentation, and DSD-related compliance.

- Ensure data readiness and alignment with system reporting for visibility and decision-making.

- Summarize program learnings to inform future design and amplify program effectiveness.

Qualification :

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field.

- At least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development or a related field.

- Proficient in English (both written and spoken)

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong skills in using Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP for data extraction in Excel

- High attention to detail with the ability to present data accurately, verify information, and ensure data reliability.

- Able to drive and possess a valid personal driver’s license.

- Demonstrates leadership qualities and the ability to plan and manage tasks independently to achieve company results within specified timelines.

- Passionate about work, service-minded, well-presented, personable, and able to travel to other locations as required.
