External Communications Specialist

Responsibility :

- Contributing to strategic communications planning to drive ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola’s business and sustainability agenda, while promoting trust and strengthening engagement with all stakeholder groups. 
- Driving the ideation and creation of engaging storytelling content for social media and other platforms, ensuring alignment with target audience interests and the company’s corporate agenda. 
- Assisting in the preparation of a wide range of communications materials, such as press releases, Q&As, presentations, keynote speeches,talking points, social media content, advertorials, and video scripts.
- Planning and managing communications campaigns across all channels, including own media, paid media (developing media plans, selecting media outlets and KOLs), and earned media to maximize reach, engagement, and campaign effectiveness
- Managing events of various scales, from press conferences to customer activations, and overseeing PR photoshoots to ensure they align with communications objectives and brand standards. 
- Overseeing the creation and production of all types of media (print, video, infographic, etc.) 
- Monitoring and managing inquiries from customers and other contacts on the Facebook platform, as well as tracking social media sentiment and trends, and coordinating with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution of issues while protecting the company’s reputation. 
- Establishing and maintaining relations with key media outlets that are crucial to promoting ThaiNamthip Coca-Cola’s reputation. 

Qualification :

- Minimum bachelor’s degree in related fields such as journalism, communications, PR, and advertising. 

- 3 - 5 years of experience in corporate communications, PR, marketing, and advertising at a leading company in Thailand. 

- Prior work experience at a communications / PR / advertising agency is a plus.

- Experience in a listed company, with exposure to IPO communications, is a plus. 

- Excellent communications skills (especially in writing and storytelling) 

- Presentation & interpersonal skills. 

- An initiator, a team player, a driver. 

- Excellent language skills (Thai and English)
